This is a bit of a cheat Blip because obviously at the moment that Eric Dier struck this penalty to send us through to the quarter finals I was in no fit state to take a photo. 
I was holding my breath and watching through my fingers.
We won a penalty shoot out!!!!!!!!

What a match! It's never a relaxing watch with England!
