Abstract duo

I didn’t take any photos other than these today. I liked the patterns and contrasts in these two shots.

A lovely catch up with VP and CS, two of the loveliest women I could ever hope to work with.

Abe and I have been doing some training today too. A bit on lead (not entirely successful) and some ‘on your mat’ training, which went really well.

Off to church now. It’s been a cold and blustery day, but the sun has been shining this afternoon, which always makes things better.
