Blackmoorfoot

I'd intended going to a military show today but finally the heat got to me and I stayed home this morning;  by afternoon of course I was wishing I'd gone out so I took the short drive across town to Blackmoorfoot.  The heat was intense by now and the light harsh (as I expected it would be) but the walk did me good.  The place was quiet and I didn't see anyone apart from two other women with several dogs between them.  I didn't care for my photos today so this shot has been "fartnarkled" to make it a little more interesting.

Thank you for the generous comments and stars for yesterday's FF blip and enjoy the rest of your weekend.  I'm not a football fan but it was nice to see that England got through to the next round. :-))
