Coming Up Roses?

Sorry, but yet another garden blip!  Busy all day yesterday, so didn't get a chance to post, so I'm doing another collage today to make up for it:-)

Another viewing this afternoon and a very positive one too, with a lady from Argyll (though staying with friends in Alloa) loving the house and garden and already talking about putting in a Note of Interest.  She even has the same lounge furniture that we have, so we obviously share the same good taste:-)    She hopes to return very soon with her husband (he was dog sitting today as all the kennels are fully booked), so hope he likes it too.  He is a keen gardener and she says he would love our large garden.  Fingers crossed, but not holding our breath yet!
