Dappled shade

 
I had a walk in Mine woods this morning before the heat of the day and met others with similar intentions.
 
It was good to be among the cool of the forest and I never thought the day would come when I would be checking the weather forecast for some sign that this heat wave is about to finish.
 
Have put in an extra  photo of some huge fungi growing on a tree. No idea what it is. (Maybe Ceridwen can tell us?)
 
Meanwhile our thoughts are with the Thai children stuck in that cave. Lets hope they can get them all out before the monsoon starts.
