Sunset over the Trossachs

Yoga class this morning and I met a friend who had just come out of the earlier class and she raved how relaxing and gentle it was.
So I thought we might be in for the same. No chance. Our yoga teacher put us through poses we did not know existed.

As for Brexit.... hopefully we have seen the last of Boris though I suspect not. He is reckoned to be the worst Foreign Secretary we have ever had.
