Aloe Vera

My new friend! I have spent the day applying and then re-applying aloe vera. Thankfully starting to feel a little better. Off to find some wine...sure that will help!

Update on yesterday my Dad has had his operation and thankfully it went well. Next step to get him going on some crutches!
