Triathlon

So today I was up a 5am and did my first triathlon. I am quite pleased with it, although I can't say I enjoyed the swim. I will definitely do another at some point but no longer and definitely not open water.

We had brunch at Hitchin café and then whiled away the afternoon before letting the kids have some fun with the garden sprinkler.
