Cobbled together

Today's main accomplishment was the making of a cherry cobbler using cherries from the garden.

Not being an habitual baker this necessitated a trip to Co-op with its helpful bi-lingual signs to purchase flour, caster sugar & cormflour. The first two were easily located but later proved elusive. Mr T asked an assistant and was directed to meat section.

Making the cobbler also meant I got to use our cherry destoner -  a gadget which actually works and is easy to use ! 

Finished product was rather tasty but will need to be balanced by further long walks.
