Left to grow wild.

Two challenges in one today.
Wide Wednesday challenge “ nature”. and Wild Flowers.

As usual I took a walk through the church yard down to the village.
Although they have been trying to tidy up the weeds etc round the graves, fortunately they have left a large part for nature to take over.
The willow herb is coming into flower early, and it looks so pretty. Not so once the seeds are blowing everywhere.

A much fresher day. Mostly sunshine, but has now clouded over, and it is looking a bit like rain. Well we can hope!

I am so pleased the fabric fits in well with the rest of our colour scheme.
We have a friend who was an excellent upholsterer. Now semiretired, he said he would recover it for us. A true craftsman.
I am thrilled to bits with it.
As you can see Mr C finds it very comfortable!

I don’t think he will fall asleep during the match tonight.
