Phone Shot

First attempt using the new iPhone 8 with LIVE, which is great fun. Like a mini-movie.

Had my first visit to the physio this morning. Apparently I have a little arthritis in one hip and some tendon damage, probably from a ski fall 18 months ago.

So some treatment should improve mobility and reduce pain in due course. You can be sure it will be expensive.

Another hot day, so we took Duke to the doggie beach just now, where he frolicked with a new friend and splashed a bit in the shallows.

Now the footie has just started and although I am not a great fan, I just have to have it on.
