Martinmas

I didn't know Martinmas day was tomorrow but apparently it is!

Slept in! Zumba was then called off as the instructor had her phone stolen and it had all the music on it. Bless her she was so upset!

Arranged to go up to Lanercost with a friend. The sun was brilliant and the views spectacular all the way along the wall. I was driving so didn't take any photos. Had coffee and something to eat (why else would I go anywhere?) and then visited the priory. Lit a candle for Dad and took this photo of the unstained glass windows which reminded me of those lace frocks that are all the rage (sound like a Grandma type saying)

Soaking some more fruit in brandy before I soak myself in wine.
