Thursday: Yellowknife Vietnamese

It's very odd to wake up at 0300 in the morning with bright sunlight streaming into your room. Despite that, I managed to sleep pretty well.

I've had such an interesting day, with lots of meetings and briefings aimed at learning more about the Northwest Territories. It is such a particular area, with its huge landmass, small population, remote communities and indigenous population. Definitely a lot to think about and more to discover.

I hooked up with K. in the evening and we headed to NWT Brewing, Canada's most northern microbrewery, for beer and food.
