In Thornton-le-dale: no more noise!

Dad, mum and I stopped off for a bowl of soup and roll. This wonderful gentleman was parking next to us. He was cleaning the windows of his very compact and modern mobile home.

He is 88 years old. He chooses his home to be this mobile home. He literally cannot cope with the noise and clatter of life. This home on wheels offers the chance to escape noise and people. He never has to contend with neighbours. He simply moved. Moving does not involve heavy loads and expense. He life is in one place.
