These poppies are blooming in a neighbor’s yard. There are lots of choices for flowers around here now, but these are so friendly somehow.

My mind has been on my son lately... he had a job interview yesterday and he doesn’t feel very good about how it went but of course, he doesn’t want to talk about it (he lives in CA so I can’t just go drop in on him). He has a very tough time interviewing because he gets really nervous. He hasn’t heard back yet so I’m keeping some hope alive for him.
