I took a lot of pictures with my iPhone today so it was hard to choose just one, but I think this is my favorite. The Mr and I drove over to Mt. Rainier, to the Sunrise area (leaving home at 6am). We hiked on a trail that meandered by several lovely little lakes - the one in the picture is just a puddle really and isn't one of the named lakes. But I always love a view towards an outflow of a pond/puddle/lake...

Overall - about 9 miles with 2000+ elevation gain. But look at that blue sky. So worth it! Even with a zillion mosquitoes!
