Summer at it's Best.

A glorious day, high temperatures all day.

We drove to Helperthorpe, a little inland to visit our friends from Almerimar.   The camp site they were staying was only small, 5 caravans, but a lovely rural location.   But we did say might not be so clever if it was bad weather!    We had another lovely day and managed to keep in the shade - not what you would expect in England!!   Holly enjoyed herself as well.

On the way we had a lovely run through a forest, lots of places to pull in and park and walk.   So, all being well, we will go back and take a picnic with us, hopefully next week.
