Sun Down

Another hot sunny day.

We went to Clayton Bay late morning to meet friends who are staying there again for a few days. We decided on the local pub for Sunday carvery. We all decided on the pensioners portion which was more than adequate. We were all very good and declined desert. Thoroughly enjoyed not cooking on such a hot day.

Returning home, contacted mum to confirm she was still OK to come here tomorrow but I think some wires have gotten crossed and she has something on. So that is to be rearranged.

However, on the positive side, Alan suggested we go to Bempton Cliffs tomorrow.

From our site, we don't see a good sunset because of the trees, but tonight I liked the silvery look with the cloud cover.
