ROYAL SPOONBILL, Platalea regia

Not much of a day for anything in ChCh today and believe up North in Auckland they have had the most rain ever recorded in a period. ( No such thing as climate change - who said that ? Bump?) So with a DFO ( Dull Flat & Orrible day) I had an encounter with these Spoonbills - but thats a bout all as it was back into the shelter very quickly.
