Impromptu party

The launch party we were supposed to be at this evening was cancelled so we had our own impromptu one in the front garden and ended up with a very jolly group of friends and neighbours joining us.

The day started with a trip to Stobo as usual - a wee run (legs still a bit hurty so sticking to 5ks just now), back to kettlebells (the first time in 4/5 weeks) and then a swim.

Wasn’t feeling well at all afterwards so went home for a cpl hours sleep and then felt better and able to join our guests for the 2nd half of the England game - what I saw was hard to watch, it had all gone to pot for them.
