Any idea what this is?

Last year I mixed all the flower seeds I had together (it was quite a lot) and chucked them down along a new bed at the front of the house. Of all the seeds sown just a handful of varieties have come up this year and this is one of them - no idea what it is but a pretty seed head.

Started writing my methodology section and had another trip to the dentist :|
