Walking

We went for a drive this morning (after watching Belgium beat England in the football, it was recorded)....bad luck England fans, still your Captain should get the Golden Boot Award, small consolation :(
Anyrate, back to our drive, took about a 45 minutes to reach the Turakirae Scenic Reserve, then an hour walk to the seal colony, weather brisk!! Most enjoyable, then back to a local cafe for a late lunch, we were famished.
Robs Dad came around for a mid winter BBQ dinner.....Cooked outside but eaten inside.  Rob is a master chef on the BBQ, Janelle equally proficient in the kitchen with salads, roast veggies. Lovely wines too.  

A wonderful day we have had, before we fly home tomorrow.

Blip is us with Ella and Harry, but what we didn't realise there was a seal in the flax bush on the left!!!!
