Oxenhope vantage point!

One of the best feelings is when it's just you and the open road. That feeling was one that kept coming back on today's very quiet Sunday cycle. The roads were incredibly quiet from setting off right to returning home. I guess it was a day when you could have enjoyed many a sporting event on the television. :-)

I've cycled to this point at the top of the Oxenhope climb countless times but this just goes to show there's an endless road to rediscover.

I'm now settling down to watch the Tour de France highlights of Stage 9 featuring the infamous cobbles...and then I'll be tuning in for the new series of Unforgotten at 9pm. Yippee!
