Not what was planned

I slept badly, the heat and dreaming about missing a delivery. I didn't. It arrived before 9. I could have gone swimming but didn't.

Tidying, some chopping back in the garden and then a disappointment, #3 son not feeling well so afternoon tea rescheduled.

Instead it was more expenditure to add to the online stuff I did this morning. To B&Q and a first on the way home, a visit to Craigmillar Castle. Great views. Then home to sit in a cloudy and warmish garden finishing a book. And emails.

Tonight TV but the sun has gone.
