WHAT'S MY NAME?
Every day when we come back from the beach via Rushey Green which is mowed flat by the numerous rabbits, we see some very tiny flowers. This is one of them.
We are used to seeing wild Thyme which is very small but this little flower is even tinier. After laying down to capture it which is no bigger than a 5 pence piece (the whole plant), each flower is only approx. 4mm! So with the thyme and this plant it makes a beautiful carpet.
We had a drop of rain this morning but now the heat has returned.
I hope you have all enjoyed a wonderful weekend with loved ones and I wish you all a safe week ahead. xxxxx
