A DAY AT THE SEASIDE

Because it was going to be so hot here we asked Matthew if he fancied a trip down to Sidmouth.  As we haven't been for years (all the time in Cornwall), he agreed.

It was slightly cooler with a lovely breeze.  They had pasties on the beach but I did not join them with that.  Besides you couldn't sit on the very shingly beach and Oscar and Phoebe didn't like it, preferring the soft sand of Cornwall.

He of course had to call into a familiar Antique shop where he's had books in the past and yes, you guessed it, another book!!!!

Now today, Tuesday and I am getting ready to return him back to Longrun but he is coming back in two weeks for the Taunton Flower Show which he loves.
