Gone fishing

My route to the local Sainsburys takes me past this little pond which is popular with fishermen. Today every access point was occupied with one or two anglers. It was very peaceful. They just sit there. They very seldom speak and I don't think I have ever seen them catch a fish. A strange occupation, but I expect they think taking photos and sharing them with strangers around the world is an odd idea too!f
It looks rather like a crocodile out in the middle there, but I don't somehow think it is!
