Raindrops an Tiger Lilies
A calm day, but it's been raining all day long! The rain finally eased this evening. The rain is much welcomed, everything is super dry and in much need of a good watering.
I've been working on the museum desk all day. My first thoughts were thinking a cruise ship was in, no ship but over 500 people looking for a dry place to spend the day. Finished work, had tea and dashed to work in the pub. We also had a squad meeting at the pub too. Walkies with Sammy, Julie and Keba around Scalloway this evening. Feet up for the night now.
Mam is back tomorrow, so my last day feeding the cat. I had left him out, poor kitty was drookled when I arrived today, much the same as these tiger lilies. These old tiger lilies grow wild around mam's and Greenmow, and have done for a very long time. The rain today was much needed for them, and other wildflowers. Taken at Greenmow, Cunningsburgh.
