Another Phnom Penhism

Just a few weeks ago this was a row of houses and roadside restaurants. Clearly not Phnom Penh's privileged residents living above this fetid waterway, and the question is where are they now, and how were they moved there...joining thousands of other evictees with no rights and no protection.

These homes have been demolished to make way for a fly over...as if that will do any good, when people don't even drive on the right side of the road, ignore traffic lights and 4x4s mow down anyone in their way.
