Just As I Thought.....

The daisies I blipped yesterday met their match today in the form of this noisy mower.  I'm pretty sure they'll be back since it's pretty difficult to keep a good wild daisy down.  I've decided to remember them with a little poem written by Richard Coe titled simply "The White Daisy".

"There is a little, dainty flower,
That lifts its golden eye,
Without a single tinge of shame,
Unshrinking to the sky;
But yet, so sweetly free from art,'
it captivates the thoughtful heart"."
