Eryngium

I planted this Eryngium last year but this is the first of it flowering and it's quite stunning despite today's rain. 
The garden and fields have badly needed some rain and we got it last night. It has continued to be showery all day. Quite heavy at times but not so that it has flattened anything.
This is my 365th blip which means I have completed the challenge I was set last year. I have enjoyed trying to find a blip for each day for the past year although at times it was difficult. I have decided to take a little break from the pressure of daily blipping for a little while but aim to post at least once a week. I will also continue to check in with those I have been following regularly.
