Naps ...

The afternoons in Florida in the month of July are sooooo hot. So you venture out in the mornings and in the evenings but you do not step foot out in the afternoons. On the island, this is the time for naps. Naps are not only wonderful but very needed, actually .... I believe they are mandatory :).
