The Village Show

Today was our Village Show. The boys did well - Beck came 2nd with his chalk drawing, and "Highly Commended" in the Longest Nettle category. 
Kai meanwhile had "Highly Commended" for a children's photography class - "Selfie - Me and my Friend" which was a photo he took on my phone of himself with Ziggy licking his ear.
Extra is Beck looking very proud of his drawing (the one at the back). 
They have never been to a "Village Show" before so everything was a novelty. They've never seen a Tombola before, and were delighted with their prizes - two separate bottles of shower gel and a huge book - "The Times Complete History of the World" - that'll be excess baggage then!
This evening there is an "Extravaganza" at the Village Hall, and we are all going to that - no idea what to expect but I'm sure it will be funny.
