Wind Turbines
Lots of people out and about on a Saturday afternoon, notwithstanding the grey dreariness.
Hollingworth Lake was built to feed the Rochdale Canal - hopefully the Rochdale will not follow the fate of the Leeds Liverpool Canal which is being closed through August as there is not enough water to continue feeding it.
The surrounding south pennine hills are interesting in all sorts of ways. Some people do not like wind turbines, but I don't mind these ones.
