Onwards and Upwards!

Joint breakfast duty and then helped our guests on their visit to Park Guell. They set off, and Helen, Bb and I then had a relaxed morning and headed off for Mercat del Ninot, where other recent guests from Vienna had raved about a fish lunch and as Helen had invited us to lunch, we thought we'd try it out, especially as Helen likes fish and authentic, non-touristy places. We wandered around the market, oohing and aahing at everything on offer and then settled for a place called La Medusa. Great choice! Everything was so fresh and eating in the atmosphere of the bustling, local food market added to the experience. Another wee wander followed and another stop at Els Barrils, which, interestingly, Helen had recently bookmarked as a possible place to visit! Home for a late siesta. Lovely day!
