Bike Ride

I was up early (4.30) this morning to drive to Southend, to catch a train to London. I met up with a few friends which was nice. We got off at Stratford and cycled around to the velodrome. This was where the bike journey started. 54.2 miles of cycling back to Southend. It’s was a hot on that’s for sure.
Had a few stops on way back which made it most enjoyable. Next weekend I’ve got double that to do...God help me.
I came home and slept for the rest of the day. Was nice doing nothing :)
