Nottingham

I drove up to Nottingham last night as I was doing a 5k swim in the water sports centre. The swim is two laps in the rowing lake.
I didn't do too bad. Just waiting for the results to come through. I did the 2.5k last year and enjoyed it so much I entered again this year but went up a distance.
I haven't swam too much since the channel so this was a good test for my fitness.
I'd better up the training as I've got a really long distance in 2 weeks....14k.
Other than that it's been a nice day.
