Sand Sculpture

Happy Veterans Day to those in the states.

We were on the road at 8:30 this morning. Art show, sand competition, national cemetery, and an out-in-the-middle of nowhere state park.

This was our favorite of the sand sculptures. I don't even know if you'll be able to see it in LARGE...but there are tiny little words all over the magnified womans face. The piece is titled "Fine Print."

The man is looking through the glass at the woman.Some of the words on his side of the glass include:
1. Her 3 favorite words..."Told ya so."
2. She doesn't "put out" until the garage is clean.
3. She always needs a new pair of shoes.
4. She doesn't tolerate flatulence.
5. Her best friend will know everything.

But...then you go around to the other side...and the woman is looking through. Her thoughts?
1. He leaves the toilet seat up.
2. He forgets our anniversery.
3. He's a back seat driver.
4. Golf comes first, and he doesn't listen.
5. He never cleans up his mess.

Something to think about.

I put WAY TOO MANY pictures on my Flickr page...but how many days are there when you can get sand sculptures, deer, turkey buzzards, and alligators in the span of a 10 hour day? Have a look if you are so inclined.
