Who needs trousers on a day like today ...

So this was our young visitor for a few hours...

something happened last night which shocked us both...
We were sitting at the table outside and it was getting on for 9 pm. Merlot was sat with us taking in the evening air. Suddenly there was a rustle in the shrubbery next to where we were sitting and then another. Merlot was up & looking and before said beast had another chance to make another rustling noise Merlot was in there and what I thought was a full blooded cat fight ensued. Two minutes later the beast which was a juvenile fox came dashing out of the shrubbery with Merlot on his heals.
What a hero.....the fox was a quite bit bigger than him but he gave his all and saved his mum & dad from a fate worse than death !
