Wynd

Monday was quite painless! 

Having said that, I struggled a bit - another night of not sleeping well. I got more fresh air an exercise than on a typical office day, so maybe that will help. I drank less coffee too.

In the afternoon I took a walk to see something one of our good citizens is unhappy about, and got my Blip. Malcolm's Wynd, leading down to Kirkcaldy Harbour - and the Harbour Bar! 

I haven't been there for more than a year. I miss it. 

Perhaps the highlight of the day was trying mate for the first time. I'd never even heard of it. Anyway, the Teenager is half Argentinian and loves it, so she wanted us all to try it. 

What can I say? Well, nothing is probably best.
