Swimming two -three times a day

The heat never seems to end. We take the dogs to a pond two -three times a day and a 40 minuts in the morning, before it gets too hot. We feel somehow stuck, because of the heat. Without aircondition back in the car, we can't travel anythere with the dogs. The garden is so dry and there isn't enough water to water the plants and the soil is so dry and hard that we can't get anything down in the soil. We had planned to put of a fence so the dogs could run free in a part of the garden.
Much complains from me, but this extreme long period of heat isn't how it should be and that worries be. Here in Sweden they haven't has such heat for 260 years and there are large forest fires many, many places.
