Marsh Mill Windmill, Thornton

I often pass this windmill on the way to the Freeport shopping centre in Fleetwood. I went to Freeport today to get some new walking trousers and a shirt for my holiday.

The windmill is open to the public. The Friends of Marsh Mill do guided tours to the top of the mill where you can see the impressive machinery. I have been on one of the tours, but it was some time ago.
