From the other side

Works drinks reception at the House of Lords. Literally the last thing I wanted to set out for this afternoon in the sweaty hotness but it was good fun. We took some v nice clients with us, I bumped into one of my first managers ever ( he never liked me much, I didn’t hang about) and we drank champagne from the terrace. I guided our clients to the gift shop where they bought rubbers and tea cloths, I bought gin and then I skipped out of the tour and caught the train home.
