Another hot day in the Emerald City! Took Salem for a quick walk at the park by the lake where I snapped this colorful sailboat heading out. 

Salem had to be somewhat patient because I brought a container for blackberries. I filled it up in 5 minutes, there are so many ripe berries.

Got my backpack ready for an overnighter that I'm doing with my sister tomorrow. We are going to do a loop in the Gifford Pinchot NF tomorrow and Thursday. The weather will be good, if a tad hot, and I'm praying that the mosquitoes are winding down!
