Butterflies

Our walk along the field edge today produced so many photographic opportunities. I was surprised at the variety of butterflies the most colourful of which I’ve included here.

I returned from Pilates to discover Richard in need of first aid. Having locked himself out he scaled the wall at the back and caught his arm as he descended. His skin is rather fragile and he peeled off several patches of skin. I decided he needed to seek medical advice and he is now wrapped up from elbow to wrist! He was reluctant to go as he would may have to wait. However one look and he was ushered in to a room and a nurse found to sort him out. Thank goodness for the NHS.
