Thank you for your kind wishes for Richard. His skin is rather thin so soon tears. Good job we are Orienteering on open fells for the first few days.

Think this is the earliest I have seen a ripe barley field for sometime. Despite the heat I was on a mission today. Beds changed and washing completed. I hate to come home to anything but a clean house after a holiday. The thunderstorm that passed over has done little to clear the air this evening.
