I seem to gravitate to butterflies at the moment but it's such a treat to see so many after the last few years of hardly seeing any at all.  This was taken in the garden because after going with Jack to his follow up appointment for his eye op, I decided to keep out of the heat and stay indoors - of course now I'm wishing I'd been out;  the garden is lovely but I miss the exercise I get from walking.  Jack's been discharged now and it's just a matter of his using eye drops for the next few weeks while the healing process continues.
