High hopes

I went to the pool this morning and it was fairly quiet and it was good to have my own lane and pottle up and down in safety.

Then on the way home I stopped at the health centre to collect my referral letter for the allergy clinic - this had been requested two weeks ago by the asthma nurse but hadn't been done, so they have asked for it again.

Then I had a call with the Occ Health Nurse from work and we agreed a phased return.  She was meeting with my manager this afternoon but I haven't heard anything to confirm if it has been accepted.

A quiet afternoon resting in the garden again today and watching these ants busy doing something, and reminds me of the song.
