More Bedtime Reading

I'm interested in North American history. This promises to give it a new twist, at least for me.

I love the thought of a phrase such as: "Ah'm the rootin-ist, tootin-ist, shootin-ist sonuvagun East, West, North aaaaaaaan' South of the Pecos" delivered in a cut-glass English accent.
