Gaylord is "Canon-ized"!

Dear Diary,

Gaylord absolutely insisted that he be the first image I post with my new little Cannon.  He posed perfectly at the seed bowl.  I think it came out superbly, no credit to me but a blue ribbon for the Canon and the photo processing app on my iPad.  I think it will be just the thing for traveling, it is so light and easy to handle.  My only "complaint" is that the screen is hard to see in the sun but I knew that would be an issue.

The 40X zoom is amazing for such a little camera too.  That will be helpful when I am in Scotland and England.  I've decided to experiment with some processing apps that will let me be a bit more creative in my image making.  Postcards I can buy!
